The Practice
This GP-owned, AGPAL-accredited practice has been caring for its local community for more than 60 years, providing incoming GPs with the advantage of joining a highly trusted clinic with a loyal and established patient base. As the area's longstanding general practice provider, doctors benefit from strong patient retention, consistent demand and excellent continuity of care.
You'll be joining a team of eight experienced GPs, supported by two skilled nurses and an outstanding administrative team. This strong clinical and operational support allows doctors to focus on patient care while enjoying a well-organised and efficient working environment.
Patient demand remains exceptionally strong, with new patient requests arriving daily. This creates an outstanding opportunity to establish a busy, sustainable practice from day one while developing areas of special interest. There is particularly high demand for chronic disease management, skin cancer medicine, menopause care and women's health services, allowing doctors to build a rewarding and varied caseload aligned with their clinical interests.
The practice operates Monday to Friday only, offering excellent work-life balance with no regular weekend commitments. Eligible doctors who remain subject to 19AB restrictions may also benefit from an available exemption opportunity.
