The Practice
This established GP group operates across three modern mixed-billing clinics on the Central Coast and continues to grow in response to strong patient demand. Multiple GP vacancies are available, with flexibility to work full-time or part-time, minimum three days per week. The clinics are supported by an experienced general manager, dedicated practice managers, strong administration teams and a network of registered nurses across all three locations. GPs benefit from structured onboarding, mentoring support and a genuinely collaborative culture focused on long-term retention and doctor wellbeing.
Current GP numbers continue to grow, with additional doctors joining the group across multiple sites. Doctors can expect immediate access to a large and diverse patient base, with most new GPs building a full patient load within four weeks. This opportunity offers flexibility, clinical variety and access to a broad patient demographic spanning families, professionals, retirees and chronic disease management. Doctors enjoy modern consulting facilities, dedicated treatment rooms, onsite pathology and integrated skin cancer and women's health services, creating multiple opportunities to develop special interests and broaden scope of practice.
A comprehensive allied health network supports multidisciplinary patient care and assists GPs in delivering better clinical outcomes while strengthening patient retention. The practice also offers sponsorship opportunities, supervision where required and dedicated support for internationally trained doctors relocating to Australia. Doctors work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, with no weekend or on-call requirements, helping to promote an excellent work-life balance. Regular team and family-friendly social events foster a welcoming culture where new doctors quickly feel part of the team. Special interests are welcomed and supported, and Best Practice software is utilised across all three clinics.

Essential Criteria
DPA position and visa sponsorship available.
Eligible candidates include AHPRA ESP and RACGP PEP Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (substantially comparable), and GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
