IPU Registrar shifts. Shifts are 0700-1730 On-Call Clinical 17:30-2100 On-Call shift is paid as 1 hr of hourly locum rate and any additional call backs are paid for the time worked at the same rate. Vacant Dates: Sat 7 and Sun 8 Nov $130ph

Tuesday 22nd December – Friday 1st January – NB $145ph for these shifts
Sat 23 Jan and Sun 24 Jan $130ph

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
