Please note that with this position, you may be required to be on call overnight for the wards (inpatient and rehabilitation units) if Emergency Department night shifts are unable to be covered. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
You will be remunerated for one hour of on call at your booked hourly rate. If you are required to attend the hospital, you will be reimbursed for the hours worked in accordance with the applicable rate.
A consultant will also be on call and available to provide support and escalation if required.
Weekday Day shift: 0800-1630 (unpaid meal break) Weekend Day shift: 0800-1600 (paid meal break) Evening shift: 1500-2300
*Please note there is provision for a 0800-2200 shift on the weekends where there is a vacancy for day and evening. *
