2nd to 4th Nov On-site 1000-2000 with On-Call 0800 - 1000 & 2000 – 2200 $3000/day

6th and 9th Nov On-site 1000-2000 with On-Call 0800 - 1000 & 2000 – 2200 $3000/day

26th and 27th November On-site 1000-2000 with On-Call 0800 - 1000 & 2000 – 2200 $3000/day
