URGENT SHIFTS TO FILL Roster will consist of on call, theatre and assistance in ICU/ED/Labour Ward. Theatre lists on 8th, 9th and 10th On call on the 11th, 12th and 13th.Credentials
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
