Meet a leading Australian practice group in London 11-18 May
A highly regarded Australian GP practice group will be visiting the UK to meet with GPs in the UK and Ireland who are planning a move to Australia or simply want to explore their options in more detail.
With over 30 years’ experience, this is one of Australia’s largest and most established General Practice providers, known for their supportive culture, strong clinical governance and proven track record helping doctors settle and build successful, long-term careers in Australian general practice.
Wavelength has partnered with this network for more than eight years, supporting GPs from the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand to join practices nationwide, with consistently excellent feedback from GPs joining the group.
The opportunity
A range of roles are available across metropolitan, coastal and regional locations all over Australia, with flexibility to shape your job around your interests and lifestyle. Opportunities include traditional GP roles and positions for GPs with special interests such as Women’s Health, Mental Health, Skin and Urgent Care as well as Teaching & Training and clinical leadership. Many doctors choose to stay within the network long-term, growing their practices over time.
What you can expect
- A wide range of locations – practices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and various beautiful regional centres to choose from
- Strong earning potential
- Generous relocation package
- Flexible working arrangements
- Opportunities to develop special interests
- Supportive, multidisciplinary teams with experience helping internationally qualified doctors settle into the medical system
- One of Australia’s most comprehensive GP induction programs.
“The best induction program I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing, including back home in Ireland!”
Dr C, Irish-trained GP who joined this team in Nov 2025
Support that makes a real difference
The practice group offers extensive support for UK-trained GPs, including guidance on DPA eligibility, Medicare billing and Permanent Residency pathways.
Alongside this, Wavelength provides end to end, independent support. For over 25 years, we’ve helped UK and Irish GPs move to Australia, covering AHPRA registration, visa and migration strategy, PR planning, role and location matching, and ongoing support for you and your family.
UK meetings | 11 - 18 May, London
These informal, confidential meetings are simply an opportunity to have an open conversation about working and living in Australia. Topics often include earning potential, locations, lifestyle, registration and migration timelines, with no pressure or obligation.
Videocalls can be arranged if travel to London is not possible.
Secure your spot today, apply now and a Wavelength GP Consultant will be in touch to discuss next steps and arrange your meeting.
