The Practice

Join a well‑established, not‑for‑profit community health organisation operating multiple medical centres across North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region. The organisation delivers holistic, patient‑centred care to a population with complex and chronic health needs, supported by strong clinical governance and integrated services.

Clinics operate a POD Model of Care, meaning each patient is supported by the same GP, nurse, receptionist and indigenous health workers throughout their care journey. This allows for genuine continuity and time to provide thorough, high‑quality care.

This lovely and caring clinic team prioritises quality and continuity of care, and with many patients presenting with complex health issues and care needs, appointments are generally 30 minutes, with doctors seeing 8 to 12 patients per day, supported by a 1:1 nurse and receptionist ratio at all times. While the clinics are bulk billing, GPs are salaried employees and therefore earnings are not affected by patient numbers or billings.

The organisation offers extensive allied health and visiting specialist support, including mental health services, psychology, diabetic education and multiple chronic disease programs. There is no on‑call or home visit requirement, and doctors are not expected to work across sites unless they wish to.

The practices are open between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday with Saturdays covered on a roster shared between all the doctors. GPs typically work full‑time (38 hours per week), though 32 hours per week can be considered and schedules can be tailored around school pick up times etc. to suit your lifestyle.

The clinics are located in Northern Brisbane and Moreton Bay region, covering a mix of established suburban and coastal‑adjacent communities. The area offers more affordable housing, excellent schools and strong community infrastructure, while remaining well connected to Brisbane CBD and within easy reach of the Sunshine Coast. The Practice

Looking to join a friendly and supportive mixed billing practice that will provide you everything you need to reach your full potential? This AGPAL accredited practice is looking for doctors to join their team and start assisting with the increase in patient demand. The practice is offering an attractive percentage of billings, alongside an initial guarantee to provide confidence you will be earning well from day one. 

Located near a major shopping centre, this practice boasts six well-equipped consult rooms and one fully stocked treatment room. The practice currently has eight GPs providing state-of-art healthcare to their growing patient base. 

With a team of nursing and reception staff alongside an experienced practice manager, you will feel supported in your day-to-day admin tasks and will be able to focus on patient care. The practice opening hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday. Telehealth is available during weekdays. The weekends are shared on a rotating roster and the practice is open to discussing hours to suit your needs.

The Practice

This clinic is seeking a committed VR GP to join their established team of 13 doctors, supported by four nurses and nine receptionists, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care without administrative distractions. The practice features 12 consulting rooms and a treatment room with four patient beds, creating an ideal environment for delivering high-quality care. Current full-time GPs bill up to $13,500 per week, reflecting strong patient demand.

The Position: Opportunity to Specialise your GP Career (2 years) General Practitioner (Conversation course - General to Specialist in Ireland) Are you a doctor with 36 months of General Practice/Family Medicine experience?

This is your opportunity to join a 2-year conversion programme in Ireland that leads to a recognised Family Medicine specialisation.
