Wavelength International Referral Program Terms & Conditions 

By participating in the Wavelength International Referral Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program. 

1. From 1 September, 2026 until otherwise advised.
2. A referral can be made via the registration form on the Refer a Doctor page, or by email to a Wavelength consultant.
3. The referral bonus applies where the referred doctor is either new to Wavelength (has not previously registered with or used the services of Wavelength), or a lapsed doctor who has not completed a shift with Wavelength in the two years before the referral. It is the referrer's responsibility to confirm the referred doctor's eligibility before submitting a referral.
4. Referrers may refer as many doctors as they choose (excluding all Wavelength Group employees). Each referral that meets the eligibility requirements set out in these terms entitles the referrer to the bonus.
5. Where a referral is submitted more than once, by different referrers, the first referral received by Wavelength is treated as the valid referral for that doctor.
6. A referral qualifies once the referred doctor either completes 10 shifts within 12 months of their first shift, (for both specialist and junior doctor locums), or commences a permanent role with Wavelength and completes the initial three-month full-time equivalent (FTE) assignment.
7. Referrals registered during the campaign period that go on to meet the applicable threshold receive a bonus of AU$1,000.
8. The bonus is delivered via email as an eGift Card issued by GiftPay, sent within 30 days of the applicable shift threshold or three-month FTE assignment being confirmed against Wavelength's records.

Alternatively, the referral bonus can be paid as a donation to an official charity of the referrer's choice. Once the eGift Card is received, or charitable donation paid, Wavelength's responsibility for the reward ends, and GiftPay's terms and conditions apply, available at giftpay.com.au/business.

1. This program may be amended or withdrawn by Wavelength at its discretion, at any time and without notice.
2. Respecting the privacy of both the referrer and the referred doctor is a priority for Wavelength. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have the referred doctor's authority to disclose their personal details for this purpose. Without this authority, the referrer is not eligible to participate in this program. See Wavelength's privacy policy at wave.com.au/privacy-policy for further details.
3. Standard Wavelength terms of engagement continue to apply.

Respecting your privacy as well as the referee’s is a priority for us.  By accepting our terms and conditions, you represent that you have the authority to disclose the personal details of the referee.
