Doctors seeking registration within the provisional general scope of practice via the comparable health system pathway can now submit their registration applications online through the Council’s myMCNZ portal.
This streamlined process simplifies the task of supplying essential information needed for processing and decision-making, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for everyone involved. Employers and agents can initiate applications on behalf of doctors, upload necessary documents, and monitor application progress.
After 1 May 2024, paper-based applications for provisional general registration via the comparable health system pathway will no longer be accepted.
Below is a step-by-step instructional video that provides a detailed demonstration of the portal's features and functionalities, with a specific focus on the process of initiating and submitting applications online.
