As a recruiter, she supported doctors in a range of medical specialties, including Surgery, Medicine, Psychiatry, DMS, and Telehealth. She has held diverse roles at Wavelength from Coordinator to Project Manager and Recruiter and offers a deep understanding of the business. As our Recruitment and Operations Manager, she finds great fulfilment in training and developing staff, and nurturing strong relationships across all areas of the business.
