The Position
Are you a seasoned clinician with a broad spectrum of medical expertise, adept at navigating various specialties and scenarios with confidence? We're seeking someone with a solid track record in diagnostic coronary angiography and proficiency in one or more specialized areas such as echocardiography, pacemaker placement, or heart failure management. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Director, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical services within our unit. Beyond your clinical prowess, you'll take pride in sharing your knowledge, educating medical staff, students, and allied health professionals. Your commitment to patient safety, participation in research, and mentorship of junior and senior medical officers will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of care and professional development.
The Hospital

Essential criteria
• To be considered for this role, you must possess:
• Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP)
• Current registration as a Specialist in Cardiology with the Medical Board of Australia
• Fellowship in Echocardiography highly desirable.
