The Position

Wavelength is seeking a motivated O&G Consultant to join a close-knit team in Victoria as a Staff Specialist. You will be working in a level 5 maternity unit, with a level 4 nursery to assist over 1400 deliveries per year alongside 10 gynaecology lists per week. You will be working with 4.6 full time senior staff, 5 VMOS, 13 junior staff and 4 accredited registrars so must be passionate about sharing your knowledge as you supervise and train junior staff students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both laparoscopy and gynaecology.

Essential Criteria

The successful candidate will be a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and be registered as a specialist with AHPRA. Overseas candidates are also welcome to apply so long as they have assessed by RANZCOG as “substantially comparable”.
