As a motivated and experienced Medical Oncologist, you will work as part of the Cancer Service which services a population of approximately 250,000 in Northern Tasmania. This a full time position as a Staff Specialist. The service is characterised by a comprehensive, integrated cancer care service featuring medical oncology, radiation oncology, clinical haematology and palliative care across two sites.You will provide inpatient and outpatient care to public and private patients of the service in all aspects of Medical Oncology, including outpatient clinics and play an integral role in the start-up and ongoing development of the Cancer Centre.
You will be supported by a professional, collegial team within the Cancer Service and bring your existing skills and knowledge to this exciting position, in which you will provide leadership, teaching and strategic direction to a friendly and dynamic team in a modern facility.
