== The Position == As an experienced psychiatrist, you will be required to demonstrate extensive skills in facilitating effective mental health care across a community and inpatient setting. You will also be expected to show commitment to, and achievement in, research and in leading and participating in an education program for clinical staff at both an undergraduate and postgraduate level. Your duties will include liaisoning with Emergency Departments, Inpatient Units and Community Teams and the provision of clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team. Participation in the Psychiatrist On-Call roster after hours is expected.   The Hospital This teaching hospital is a principal referral and regional trauma center.
