== The Position == As a Principle house officer with at least 3 years of prior practical experience, you will join either the Emergency Medicine or General Medicine department where you will provide efficient and quality clinical care to patients. Reporting directly to the Director of the respective department, you will find yourself supported by senior staff and specialists as you also provide leadership to junior residents working within the same unit. Due to the Queensland location, you will get the chance to experience tropical medicine as well as venomology and marine stings and you will enjoy a hands on experience. Alternatively you may find yourself enjoying some of the best spots for whale watching, near beautiful sand islands in a town that has a vibrant marina and Esplanade. == Essential Criteria == To be successful in applying for this position you must hold AHPRA General or Provisional registration or be eligible for provisional registration via the Competent Authority pathway.
