== The Position == As the Medical Administration Registrar you will work under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide leadership to the junior medical workforce to ensure continued and improved productivity throughout the health service. You will utilise your management and strong communication skills as you provide regular supervision, training, coaching and mentoring to the junior workforce, alongside participation in an on call roster to ensure adequate coverage of these roles is maintained. Additionally, you will have a large involvement with change management projects in relation to the areas of clinical support and acute health. You will work collaboratively to assist the CMO in the evaluation of clinical governance within the health service and provide assistance with the management, coordination and administration of strategic policies. The Health Service Offering services to over a quarter of Victoria, this health service is the largest provider within the state.
