== The Position == As an unaccredited ICU or Anaesthetics CMO you will put in to practice your prior experience and expertise whilst also accessing the support of Consultant Specialists. Providing assistance and advice to urgent medical issues throughout the hospital and contributing to the PART team to respond to Hospital Emergencies when required, you will also offer full support to those admitted to the Critical Care Service. You will be able to commit to a 12-18 month contract, and you will have a team approach with the ability to work alongside nurses, allied health professionals and those who offer pastoral care services. You will support and educate junior staff and students whilst also showing a continued commitment to developing your own skills and knowledge. With a wealth of experience you will have the confidence to work independently whilst also having the ability to guide other members of the team.
