== The Position == Wavelength is seeking a Paediatric Head of Department (HoD) to take on a new opportunity, located a 30-minute drive from Perth?s CBD. You will be a highly experienced Paediatrician who can demonstrate substantial clinical experience in the management of high acuity patients, among a complex hospital environment. As the HoD, you will provide clinical leadership to ensure personalised, effective and timely patient care is carried out while meeting clinical indicators and budgetary targets.    The Hospital One of Perth?s newest hospitals, providing medical and surgical services for patients in the east metropolitan and Wheatbelt regions. This state of the art hospital carries a comprehensive range of services including emergency medicine, critical care, day chemotherapy, paediatric care, aged and stroke care, maternity and general surgery, while also providing Social Outreach and Advocacy services to people experiencing disadvantage to improve health and wellbeing.
