== The Practice == Due to high patient demand this mixed billing practice is looking for a friendly GP/VMO to join their team. == The Practice == is centrally located within Barham Plaza in the local shopping district. You can expect to have a steady stream of patients as this is the sole medical centre servicing both Barham and Koondrook regions. Your role will be providing GP services to the medical centre during the day and participating in the on-call roster for the local hospital.  The medical centre is open Monday ? Friday from 9am-5pm. You will work approx. 8 sessions per week and see 30 patients per day.  You will be working within a team of 2 other GPs, a competent registered nurse and friendly administration staff. The medical centre also has a number of visiting allied health specialists including pathology 5 mornings per week, Healthy Sleep Studies 1 day per month and an Exercise Physiologist who visits fortnightly. The on-call roster for the local hospital is 1:2 or 1:3. It is a small but well run health service that has 8 inpatient beds and 2 emergency beds. The hospital provides Women?s Health, Dietitian, Speech Pathologist, Mental Health, Healthlink Professional and Social Worker services, with X-ray services on Wednesday mornings.  You will be working within a well established and very experienced nursing team. The hospital has a low number of presentations and any non-emergencies are admitted by the nurses. Major emergencies are referred to Bendigo Hospital (1.5 hours away). == The Practice == are offering a fantastic package. You can expect to earn between $350 to $450k per annum, which includes $550 per day on call and 65% of billings. Have your relocation expenses taken care of with an additional $5,000 relocation allowance. General Practitioners who have one of the above recognised post graduate qualifications are eligible for reciprocal recognition with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Wavelength International will assist you with the required regulatory and immigration process.
