Wavelength is seeking a Consultant Physician to join a dynamic public hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding, high quality clinical care that embraces best practice and innovation and be part of a friendly and efficient team. As a Consultant Physician you will provide a high standard of contemporary knowledge and skill in the practice of medicine and to promote the health and well-being to patients in within the Region based at the Health Campus.
You will lead with a positive and dedicated outlook, and you will help provide administrative leadership in combination with other Physicians and with the Clinical Nurse Specialist of Medicine. You will utilise your prior experience and knowledge for policy development and review whilst also offering training, supervision and education for Senior Medical Practitioners and Doctors in Training.

This facility has recently been extensively redeveloped, ensuring that vital services are offered to the local community. To be successful in your application, you must hold Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and have AHPRA General Specialist registration. Alternatively, you will hold FRACP equivalent and be eligible for registration with experience from a comparable country.
