At this caring clinic, you will be working alongside four other GPs with varying specialties including dermatology, skin/hair/nails, skin cancer, cosmetics and general medicine. Two of the doctors have selected to work at this clinic after practising in the area for 17 and 30 years respectively – that’s a testament to a great reputation. You will also be supported by a full-time EN trained in pap smears, a dedicated care plan nurse, three friendly reception staff and two practice managers/owners.
All seven consulting rooms at this fully-computerised practice have natural lighting. This practice also features a fantastic three-bed treatment room with surgical lighting, an ECG and spirometer room as well as a dedicated procedure room for those GPs with interest in minor surgery, ED, cosmetics and the list goes on. For the convenience of your patients, there are also numerous Allied Health Services on-site and within 10 minutes of the practice.
Practice opening hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, with two of the doctors opening their doors from 7.30am, and 8.00am to 11.30am on Saturdays. In order to be eligible for this exciting role, International Medical Graduates are required to hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice (i.e. FRACGP, FRNZCGP, MRCGP, MICGP or CCFP). General Practitioners who have one of the above recognised post graduate qualifications are eligible for reciprocal recognition with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Wavelength International will assist you with the required regulatory and immigration process.
An interest in women’s health and elderly care would be advantageous but is not a requisite.
