== The Practice == This new practice aims to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness. Located in an established area of Mackay, it is the only bulk billing centre around, meaning your patient base will grow quickly from the outset.   This modern practice features six consulting rooms and a fully-equipped three-bed treatment room. With a population of 120,000 this is a city with everything one you could want and more including excellent sporting facilities such as yachting, canoeing and sailing for you all outdoor enthusiasts. There are direct flights to Sydney, Melbourne, Cairns and Brisbane every day of the week however with such beauty and tropical climates at your doorstep you will not want to travel far.   == Essential Criteria == DWS position available.   In order to be eligible for this exciting role, International Medical Graduates are required to hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice (i.e. FRACGP, FRNZCGP, MRCGP, MICGP or CCFP). General Practitioners who have one of the above recognised post graduate qualifications are eligible for reciprocal recognition with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Wavelength International will assist you with the required regulatory and immigration process.   Minor surgery skills will be an advantage.
