== The Practice == This practice really values its doctors. Here each GP is allocated a personal assistant from the admin team to assist with patient administrative workload, managing rosters and other non-clinical duties to give their doctors time to concentrate on the medicine. Further assistance is available from the excellent support team of 15 ancillary staff and one full time and three part time nurses. This practice takes a ?Doctor Orientated? approach working closely with the GPs to make sure they are satisfied and have the tools they need for ongoing professional development.   The facilities make this an excellent place to work and pleasant place for patients to visit. Recently remodelled, this clinic features 13 spacious and quiet consulting rooms, large minor surgery treatment room, dedicated boardroom and a modern training development suite. You?ll also find plenty of Allied Health Services available with visiting specialists for cardiology, urology and mental health services available for ease of referral.   Opening hours are 8.30am- 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am- 11am on Saturdays, but this short Saturday shift is on a shared roster. There is also the possibility of being on call for the emergency roster at the hospital. The area also has excellent primary and secondary schools just a bus ride away.   == Essential Criteria == DWS position available.   In order to be eligible for this exciting role, International Medical Graduates are required to hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice (i.e. FRACGP, FRNZCGP, MRCGP, MICGP or CCFP).
