Located only 15 minutes from the centre of Australia’s picturesque capital city, this practice is purpose-built within the local town’s shopping centre. Mixed-billing and fully computerised, the practice features four consulting rooms and one treatment room as well as a kitchen for the convenience of you and your colleagues.
Currently working at this practice are three GPs, two part-time nurses (with full-time nurse cover from January 2014), four savvy receptionists and a helpful practice manager. With a chemist nearby and on-site dietician and psychologist, your patients will enjoy the convenience of having so many amenities nearby.
Practice opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 8.00pm, 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Sundays. Your working hours are negotiable for an early start/finish or late start/finish Monday-Friday and weekend sessions are to be discussed on an individual basis.

In order to be eligible for this exciting role, International Medical Graduates are required to hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice (i.e. FRACGP, FRNZCGP, MRCGP, MICGP or CCFP). General Practitioners who have one of the above recognised post graduate qualifications are eligible for reciprocal recognition with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Wavelength International will assist you with the required regulatory and immigration process.
Minor surgical skills are considered a bonus.
Special interests in child health, men/women’s health and mental health is preferred.
