Be supported by one dedicated nurse, an experienced practice manager and three friendly and proactive receptionists who will ensure that your schedule runs smoothly. You will also work alongside three highly skilled GPs who hold together special interests in dermatology, obstetrics, musculoskeletal and pain medicine. This clinic also provides an abundance of allied health services- there is a physiotherapist, speech pathologist, child health, dentist, counsellor, optometrist as well as visiting chiropractors, paediatrician and psychiatrist easily accessible to all your patients.
This fully-computerised practice features four consulting rooms and a fully-equipped treatment room that are fully air-conditioned to keep you and your patients comfortable on those hot days.
Your consulting hours will be Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm (with the practice closing between 12.30pm and 2.00pm). Hospital on-call requirements are on a 1:3 days roster so you will have plenty of time to unwind and enjoy the picturesque countryside of which you will be happy to call home.

Other facilities provided in town are a supermarket, newsagency, bottleshop, pharmacy, travel agent, hardware store, bakery, nursery, Karingal Neighbourhood Centre and op shop, youth centre, day care centre, playgroup, toy library, clothing boutique, gift shop, hair salon and drive-in. There is also a police station, Royal Flying Doctor Service, library, shire office, post office, credit union, TAFE, primary school, child health clinic, doctors surgery, hospital, veterinary surgeon and Anglican and Catholic Churches.

In order to be eligible for this exciting role, International Medical Graduates are required to hold post graduate qualifications in General Practice (i.e. FRACGP, FRNZCGP, MRCGP, MICGP or CCFP). General Practitioners who have one of the above recognised post graduate qualifications are eligible for reciprocal recognition with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Wavelength International will assist you with the required regulatory and immigration process.
Experience in lumps and bumps and ED skills are necessary for this role.
