The main hospital you will be based at is a major teaching hospital and is also accredited for postgraduate medical training in Anaesthetics, Emergency, O & G, General Medicine, Surgery and Psychiatry. The other hospital provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services.

The Location
This city has a fabulous atmosphere thanks to the vibrant community, arts scene and yearly comedy fringe festival. It has something for everyone including world class galleries, top restaurants and cafes as well as shops, boutiques and other amenities like you would expect from a major city. What’s more it has easy access to the beach, parklands, the river or the beautiful wineries in the surrounding hills.

With affordable housing, it maintains a small town, friendly feel but with an international and domestic airport it offers easy access to other areas.

Essential Criteria
With the ability to support trainees or registrars from a PGY3 to higher level, these roles would be well suited to those with prior General Medicine experience who are looking to progress their career.
