== The Position == As an Emergency Medicine Senior Medical Officer you will offer support to the staff specialists, registrars and junior staff to ensure the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all attending patients. You will put in to practise your many years of experience and knowledge and support clinical care via planning, supervising and arranging appropriate clinical investigations. You will offer guidance, support and training to junior staff and registrars whilst also continuing to develop your own skills. You will participate in a full roster to meet the needs of the 24 hour Emergency Department. The Hospital This 130 bed modern health facility is the largest regional public hospital in Western Australia, with links to the Trauma Registry at Royal Perth. With a host of education options and a thriving housing market, the opportunities are endless in this vibrant and unique WA location. == Essential Criteria == To be successful in your application, you must hold Fellowship with the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (FACEM) and have AHPRA General Specialist registration. Alternatively, you will hold FACEM equivalent and be eligible for registration with experience from a comparable country.
