== The Position == This health service is seeking a Director of Emergency Medicine with strong management experience who will collaborate with the Director of Operations and the Executive/Senior Management team to provide clinical leadership and drive a high-quality Emergency service for this regional health service provider. You will be responsible for the management, organisation and ongoing strategic development of this department. You will also oversee the teaching program and ensure effective and efficient supervision of the clinical practice and training of junior doctors. The Hospital Situated in regional NSW this hospital has a positive work culture and a professional and well-established clinical team. Consisting of 102 beds, it serves a population of 35,000 across inpatient general medical, surgical, paediatric and O&G cases.
