As a Career Medical Officer in the Emergency Department, you will join a supportive team and provide first-line care to all patients presenting to the department. You will join a team consisting of FACEM?s and junior staff, in a service that strongly values collaboration and continuous improvement. You will be intermediate to senior in your level of experience, with the ability to assess, investigate, treat and manage varied cases in an efficient and competent manner. You will also be willing to teach your knowledge to others in this team-driven environment.
This public hospital has a Day Surgery, Renal Unit and 24/7 Emergency Department with close access to an onsite X-ray and pathology. The team provides a number of services including acute, maternity, renal, dental, comprehensive community health and allied health services.
