== The Position == Wavelength is currently seeking a Senior Doctor to become the Director of Intensive Care within a growing health service. In this role you will provide a high quality of clinical and non-clinical services to patients, including consultation and advice. You will also have the opportunity to pass on your knowledge to your peers and junior health professionals. As a Director you will utilise your managerial and leadership experience to drive an effective team that works in harmony with various departments. You will reflect the services key values and ethics on a daily basis.   The Hospital This position is based at a ardent public hospital on the Fraser Coast, with a vision to deliver excellent healthcare to its 200,000 residents. The 119 bed hospital provides acute inpatient and outpatient services, community health, oral health and mental health services to the community.
