The Director Community and Long-Term Conditions (CLTC) Directorate position is one of eleven clinical leadership roles across all Auckland DHB Directorates.  == The Position == reports to the Director of Provider Services and leads Ambulatory, Diabetes, Community, Sexual Health, Reablement and Palliative Care Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of service and delivery, leading and developing staff within the directorate to continue to provide high quality clinical services. You will have a system-wide view and an ability to manage a complex array of key stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively to maintain and encourage collegiate relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and community resources.
