== The Position == A team of 6 consultants is looking for a new colleague to join their department. In this role you will provide imaging in most modalities via 1.5T Siemans Aera MR unit (new Oct 2016), GE Revolution GSI CT, Siemens Artis Zee C-arm fluoroscopy suite, GE Logic ultrasound units and GE Centricity RIS/PACS. There is a Teleradiology service which reduces call back time and there may be an opportunity to do private practice work, depending on your medical registration requirements. The Hospital This District health board provides secondary healthcare services to an area population of 108,000 people through the facilities located in the North Island. The two hospitals underwent a rebuild in 2013 which updated the ward and theatre areas and provided state of the art ambulatory outpatient area for gynaecology to facilitate outpatient hysteroscopy and colposcopy.
