== The Position ==   In this role, you will provide specialist psychiatric knowledge and skills to facilitate the delivery of quality mental health care to patients of the Integrated Mental Health and Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs service and the Homeless Health Outreach Team.   You will also provide professional leadership, training, education and supervision to medical staff and other health care professionals.   Health professionals are in high demand and working in this area offers a number of personal benefits including living in a unique natural environment close to where you work and a supportive local community.   The Hospital   The Hospital and Health Service covers an area of over 300,000 square kilometres and services the rural and remote communities within North Western Queensland.   Integrated Mental Health Services offer a free and confidential service specialising in the assessment and treatment of individuals who have, or are at risk of developing, a major mental illness.
