== The Position == As an experienced Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the Clinical Governance for the service. You will be working collaboratively with both the management and the clinical team to ensure the service development and patient care is second to none. As the Clinical Director of Mental Health, you will be responsible for directly supervising a medical team of 4 Consultant Psychiatrists and 6 Junior doctors including Psychiatry trainees, providing care in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. The Clinical Director is also required to manage a proportionate clinical caseload which by arrangement can be within a number of mental health specific care sub specialities applicable to our rural health setting. The Hospital This modern facility currently undergoing re-development will provide the region?s 55,000 residents with improved services. The improvements include an expanded emergency department, a comprehensive cancer care service, improved maternity facilities and services, an improved six-bed high dependency unit next to the emergency department and the inpatient mental health ward increased from 9 to 16 beds and collocated with community mental health team to improve care.   == The Location == Located in the southern tip of Western Australia, this location is known for its beaches and its rugged coast line.
