The Position
As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Consultant, you will provide assessment and treatment to patients as well as clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team. You will provide supervision to registrars and junior psychiatry doctors, whilst contributing to their training and development.  You will also work to develop the service, keeping up to date with knowledge of modern practice and by developing relevant mental health policies and procedures.

Essential Criteria
To be eligible for this position where you can assist with the development of the service you must hold Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent. You must also be eligible for or hold current specialist registration with AHPRA.
