The Position
You will provide assessment and treatment to inpatients and day patients; referrals are rapidly increasing so you will build your own client base within the first few months. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a large not-for-profit with the opportunity to start your own private practice. You will be working alongside a stable and experienced team in a newly renovated hospital, the environment is well supported with assistance provided for welcoming patients, taking calls, scheduling, billing and medical records.

The organisation has been delivering high quality compassionate mental health care to people and families for more than 50 years. The hospitals are well equipped 30 and 38 bed facility specialising in short stay mental health care for both inpatient and day patients.

You will be in the heart of Sydney’s inner west, known for its vibrant multicultural community, beautiful parks, and heritage walks. Just 10kms from Sydney the city provide access to great schooling and housing while being easily accessible by car, train, and bus. Essential Criteria
To be successful in applying for this position you will hold Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) and relevant specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
