| Conditions: | Shift starts on Tuesday 1st October to Monday 7th October 2024 Travel / Flights Flights are to be booked by the Locum Agency in line with QLD Health Policies and requirements. A quote and flight path for the Locum will be requested for NWHHS review and approval. All travel must be approved by the NWHHS prior to being booked. Accommodation Locum will be provided NWHHS accommodation. If NWHHS accommodation is unavailable, a suitable hotel/motel will be booked by NWHHS. Motor Vehicle SMO’s - will be provided a fleet car or booked a hire car by NWHHS. RMO’s - not eligible for a vehicle. Telecommunications (including internet at accommodation) – Locum to provide. NOTE: Internet is not available at NWHHS accommodation. |
