This is an exciting opportunity to join the largest group of private practice cardiologists in Australia. We are seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to provide high quality care across two private hospitals in a major city in Queensland. The facilities offer services such as electrical cardioversion, pacemaker insertions and checks, and cardiac resynchronisation therapy.

You will be joining Australia?s largest private provider of cardiology, radiation oncology and sleep treatments.
The network comprises 4 cardiology practices, with more than 20 metropolitan sites and 50 regional clinics seeing over 220,000 patients annually.
In this appointment you are based across two private hospitals situated less than 5 kilometres from one another. One of which is a 323 bed facility with award winning staff who have a dedication to patient care. The second hospital boasts a new cardiac catheter lab with the latest technology offering improved vision and reduced radiation. The coronary care unit in this hospital comprises 29 beds and provides private rooms for the comfort of its patients.
The appointment is based in a major city in Queensland. It is considered one of the friendliest, most liveable and multicultural cities in the world. Roughly 100 kilometres north of the New South Wales/Queensland border, you get the best of both worlds with the hustle and bustle of the city and some of Australia?s best seaside locations within an hour and a quarter?s drive. This region has an outstanding school system, excellent health services and shorter commuting times.
To be successful in applying for this position you must hold FRACP (or be close to completing your fellowship) and be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
