As a Registrar, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective, person-centred care. You will provide teaching and supervision to resident medical staff and students and undertake training towards attaining your Fellowship. You will benefit from sub-specialty training experiences in Psychiatry, with some flexibility around the terms that you will be exposed to. The Mental Health Services provide a range of community, bed-based and specialist services across a population of almost one million, with an operational budget of $130 million. You will be working across various hospital based and community mental health services within Melbourne.

To be eligible for this role you must hold full registration with the Australian Medical Board (AHPRA) and have experience working within Psychiatry.
