| Conditions: | Locum Dates: 16 Sep 2024 for 13 weeks • Days: 0.5FTE - can work 2 and 3 days alternate weeks if preferred, needs to work Monday • On-Call: Will need to participate in the overnight on call roster, proportionate to FTE • There is registrar support, no supervision is expected |
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital Paperwork, Current AHPRA Registration, Proof of Immunisations/Vaccinations, Indemnity, Medicare PN, ID 100 points, Primary Degree, Fellowship Certificate, CRC, & WWCC (if applicable) |
