This is an exciting opportunity for an O&G Specialist to join a well-established private practice on a part-time (2-3 days per week) or full-time basis. You can choose to do both Obstetrics and Gynecology, or just Gynaecology if preferred with no on-call. The practice is very busy and will be extending and doubling in size, with long wait lists already established. You will join a team of 15, including 2 x O&G Specialists, Nurses, Practice Managers, Physiotherapists and Psychologists, with a very holistic and caring approach.
This practice is all about work-life balance and has an excellent reputation in the region. The highly trained team aspires to listen, assist and educate women and their partners, with compassion every step of the way. They also offer fantastic support services to their patients such as breast-feeding classes and a psychology support service. You will enjoy working with a contemporary clinic, within an expert team and friendly atmosphere.
Based on the Central Coast, you will be within easy access of major cities with both Sydney’s CBD and Newcastle just over an hour away by car. There is plenty to enjoy in the local area, with a variety of beaches on your doorstep as well as beautiful reserves and walking trails. With 16 patrolled coastal beaches including dog-friendly locations and ocean pool complexes, you will be spoilt for choice over the warmer months.
There are plenty of amenities in the local area as well, including a shopping centre, frequent farmers markets, art galleries and a stadium for sporting fans. There are also plenty of schooling options, including public, private, and selective.
To be successful in applying for this position you must hold FRANZCOG and Specialist registration with AHPRA.
