Conditions:	Travel and accommodation provided.
Credentials:	Must have own Medical Indemnity & AHPRA Registration. Must be either an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, an Australian Permanent Resident or on a 457 Temporary Work Visa. Hospital paperwork must be completed. Must be willing to complete QLD Health paperwork.
