| Conditions: | Shift starts on Monday 6th November 2023 to Sunday 4th February 2024. Please note the following: •Immunisation records must be provided ASAP – including current flu and COVID vaccine - form attached •BHS Shared Accommodation is included. Pets, of any kind, are not allowed in BHS accommodation, or alternatively $700 accommodation allowance is available for locum to source own accommodation. •Please note travel is not included. |
| Credentials: | Hospital paperwork, Basic Life Support certificate, CRC issued within the last 12 months, VIC WWCC, proof of immunisations/vaccinations (full COVID & Flu vaccination evidence a must), Medicare provider number |
