Wavelength are seeking a driven Medical Registrar to join a high performing team dedicated to providing the highest levels of patient centered clinical care. Under the guidance of highly regarded Consultants you will be responsible for the investigation, documentation and development of care plans for the patients within your new units charge. You will also play a key role in supporting junior staff through the provision of supervision, education, and mentorship. In this role you will primarily be working office hours, Monday through to Friday.
You will be joining a 205-bed private hospital located on the banks of the Swan River in Western Australia. The hospital provides a range of services across several specialties including Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Rehabilitation, Orthopaedics, Urology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, General Medicine, Paediatric Surgery, ENT and Faciomaxillary Surgery.
The hospitals Restorative Unit is a 24-bed inpatient facility staffed by medical, nursing and allied health professionals. The focus of the unit is to assist elderly clients to recover from surgery, illness and injury. The Day Therapy Unit is an outpatient facility providing services across geriatric medicine including cognition and memory, treatment of falls and Parkinson’s Disease.

To be successful in applying for this role you will hold registration or be eligible for registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA.
