You must have Specialist Registration with AHPRA and have your Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Medical Adminisrators (FRACMA). You must either be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, an Australian Permanent Resident or on a 457 Temporary Work Visa.
