The Position

Wavelength is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to takeover and lead the Critical Care Unit (CCU) of a large, well facilitated regional hospital. You will use your expertise and professionalism to maintain achievement of clinical and quality standards including key access indicators, appropriate medical staffing, a suitable education and professional development program and ensuring financial targets for the Department are met.

Essential Criteria

The successful candidate will be an experienced fellow of the Australasian College of Intensive Care Medicine and hold unrestricted specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead a large group and high-level management skills.
