This well-established practice is looking for GPs to join their team and start providing state-of-the-art healthcare to their loyal patient base. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP to earn well and progress within their career. You will be offered an attractive salary of $190,000 NZ, plus all the benefits that come with working in a salaried position. You will join five GPs and two urgent care doctors that are all committed to ensuring each patient receives the ultimate healthcare experience. This practice is modern and purpose-built, featuring 11 consult rooms. The practice is centrally located just walking distance from local cafes’, restaurants and is a two-minute drive to the city centre – how’s that for convenience.
To ensure you feel supported in your day-to-day needs, a team of nurses and receptionists will work with you closely to take care of all your needs. This practice has become a one-stop shop with a range of allied health services such as radiology, pharmacy and a dentist all on-site or within walking distance. Your patients will enjoy the convenience of having everything they need in the one location. Practice opening hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Sunday. GPs work rostered shifts, with the roster being prepared a month or so in advance, allowing to you to enjoy your days of with family and friends. There is no on-call commitment, allowing you to take full advantage of your days off and explore all that the North Island of NZ has to offer.

In order to be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand as a GP, you must have worked at least 36 months of the past 48 months in a comparable health system in General Practice or you will need to hold suitable postgraduate qualifications and have worked at least 24 months of the past 36 months in a comparable health system
