A not-for-profit Aboriginal Medical Service bids farewell to a GP and is looking for the right candidate to join their team of doctors early next year in providing the community with much needed healthcare. This teaching practice is home to 10 GPs, with five full-time doctors that are on-site, all with varying interests. You will be working alongside a team of experienced doctors in providing ultimate healthcare to the community. The practice is committed to Chronic Disease Management and prevention and is ideally looking for a doctor that has an interest in Aboriginal and population health. The practice is offering flexibility around working arrangements and is providing a generous salary along with private use of a vehicle and residential accommodation to ensure you feel settled and at home.
This fully computerised practice features 17 impressive consulting room as well as various treatments rooms. You will be supported by an incredible team of practice admin staff including 11 nurses, with 4 nurses dedicated to support the GPs and five practice receptionist and aboriginal health workers. You can rest easy knowing that your day will run smoothly, and your patients will be taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.
For the convenience of your patients the practice has outreach facilities, an onsite multidisciplinary team offering a wide range of allied health services, as well as visiting dental services and pharmacist. The opening hours of the practice are 8:30am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday. With no weekends or on-call, your free time is yours to spend with family and friends.
