The practice is looking for a fulltime GP with a warm personality that can build a confident and trusting relationship with patients and staff. This modern, purpose-built practice with floor to ceiling windows has 10 consulting rooms, 4 treatment rooms and 2 theatres to ensure you have well-equipped facilities and patient access to the best possible healthcare.
With a commitment to ensuring their doctors can reach their full potential, you will have the support of 8 reception and administrative staff, 6 registered nurses, healthcare assistance and even a Diabetes nurse specialist. There are currently 4 female GPs and 6 male GPs so you will have a steady patient flow of 4 patients per hour. As part of the clinic’s future plans, they would like to recruit a new GP to continue to provide their patients with high quality healthcare. The new GP will start by seeing new patients, walkins, share in Telehealth and see the practice’s regular.
A wide range of Allied Health services are available such as Physiotherapy, Radiology and Podiatrist plus the convenience of a Pathology and Chemist nearby.This practice is open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and there is no weekend or on-call work commitments, so you will be able to achieve a healthy work-life balance and enjoy more free weekends with family and friends.

In order to be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand as a GP, you must have worked at least 36 months of the past 48 months in a comparable health system or you will need to hold suitable postgraduate qualifications and have worked at least 24 months of the past 36 months in a comparable health system.
