As an Emergency Medicine Consultant you will join a dynamic and busy ED within a regional health service. Reporting into the Director of Emergency Medicine you will manage Registrars, junior staff and undergraduates in a supervisory and clinical manner. You will be well supported by a cohesive team of Consultants, Registrars, juniors and by a highly trained and committed nursing team.
This new state-of-the-art ED sees 45,000 presentations annually and a case mix including major trauma and 20% paediatrics. You will ensure the department runs to the highest of standards and that the clinical care of patients is supported via planning, supervising and arranging appropriate clinical investigations all within a timely manner.
